More ETOPS at MAD
Madrid is the Queen for Sudamerica connections. Most of them ETOPS planes. This one as I boarded my flight.

LH one. Maintained by Lufthansa Technik and still with its former classes arrangements. The other one operated by Iberia is a B747-300 which belonged to Iberia (in fact Air Atlanta) and also with IB configuration. Grand Class and Confort one appart from coach. Only 250 euros supplement for longhaul in Confort and 500 on Grand (sleepers).

“EC-IUA” is the ex Lufthansa “D-ABZE”, a B747-230B(M) (23509/663), delivered to Lufthansa 16Jan1987. Was parked at Pinal from 17May to 20Jul2003, leased to Air Pullmantur (what a friggin name!), registered in Spain on 25Jan2004.
