Just randomly looking through my AFQR 2003 book in the America section and what did i see?? “PAN AMERICAN AIRLINES PAA” It has 25 planes of 23 B727-200’s and 2 B727-100’s. the airline has 2 of those in storage and a further 4 on order

Good luck to the latest Pan Am incarnation. I don’t believe we’ll see an global operation again, not for a long time anyway given the current state of the US airline business and over provision of international operators.
The new Pan Am has as much in common with the old one as Caledonian had with British Caledonian methinks…?
