The only official viewing facilities at LHR are the visitor centre on the Bath Road. Quite frankly its crap. The “holiday deck” as you call it was closed a year ago this month.
As for FRA I am not sure how that links in :confused:

I thought there was one in FRA but I couldn’t find it when I was there in 2002 where I had missed my flight and had plenty of time to spare.
