Normally Ryanair announces about 6 or 7 new summer routes from London Stansted in the summer every year but it looks like their expansion wont be as “rapid” as last year due to all the old aircraft disposals etc.
Also Ryanair has significantly scaled back their routes to the “low countries”. With the airline axeing or already axed Brussels Charleroi, Oostend, Groningen and Maastricht that means they will be leaving the Belgian market completely from STN and their only service from STN to the low countries being Eindhoven!

Is there any news on NCL flights?

I think the Gatwick to Dublin service was bound to be changed sooner or later. It’s a very popular route, and Dublin is the only airport served by Ryanair from Gatwick.
