Heathrow Yesterday (09/02)

Some great stuff coming in yesterday. Highlights were the JAL B777, the Private B727 and an Aeroflot A320 in the new colours.

Excellent stuff Tony, that Aeroflot in particular I love, just for the colour scheme. Concorde looks wierd parked up there now. It’s almost got that “push back trainer” kind of a look about it.

Have you got a monopod for that lens ?

Thanks for all your kind comments,

Andrewm – Have to agree the Aeroflot Livery looks fabulous – its got to be expensive though – I personally cannot see them putting it on every aircraft – we will have to see.

I use the Canon EOS-10D with a 100-400 IS – It so heavy my left hand wanted to drop off by the end of the day.

A330Crazy – I saw P4-JLI parked on the South Side in the evening – to see one 727 is rare – but two. Reg on the 727 was N721MF I think

Thanks again…

You can only do this if the photos have a URL, ie. if they’re on another website. If they are on your PC, you just have to put up with the single attatchments!

Very nice pics! Excellent work, they are all very good, it is hard to decide which ones are my favourite! I do like the Qatar A330, CSA 737, Aeroflot A320 and KLM F50 though.:D

Excellent work, Tony! Love those approach shots of SQ 744 and ANA744. I especially like the way the UA 744 is lit with the sunset. Great to see UA 744’s in LHR again, eh boys? How many flights do JAL operate into LHR to be sending 777’s in there?

P.S. How do you get multiple pics on a single post? I haven’t quite figured that out yet.

Lots of little crosses for me sadly 🙁

I think Andrew (A330 Crazy) got a lot of what you saw though, albiet from a few miles down the road!
