Crossair flight CRX 3597 Accident report

I must say that I was blown away by the flight time that the Co-Pilot had when he was hired at Crossair. Less than 150 hours of flight time to his name? Man, that wouldn’t even earn you a Commerical ticket in the US let alone a job flying a jet.
