Boeing says that due to “excellent performance” during flight testing that it can offer a higher gross weight, increased range variant of the 777‑300ER than originally planned. The increased performance will be available for new aircraft and as a retrofit from the fourth quarter of 2004. The enhanced 777‑300ER’s maximum takeoff weight would be 351,534kg (775,000lb), up from 344,549 (759,600lb). Design range would be 7705nm (14,275km), compared to 7525nm (13,945km)

no, they lease them out in the livery of the lessee or completey white with titles of the lessee

If you Mean American Airlines or “AA” that is incorrect. PIA, EVA Airways, JAL, ANA, EK, and AF all have the 773ER on order. Sorry, dont know the exact numbers.
A couple notes too-
-ANA will have at least one of their 773ERs in the Star Alliance c/s. And all will be equiped with connexion(by Boeing)
-All of EK’s are leased from ILFC and another lessor( General Electric leasing is believe)
-EVA’s order is still not confirmed, there has been a lot of talk about the order but i’m still not 100% sure if it is a firm order.

What airlines will recieve them. I know AF will and i think AA will but that is all i know
