AMS turn around procedures…

… I was speaking with a NW pilot and he was telling me about AMS, he said it is over all a very nice airport but he said that it has a very complex, and some times inefficient turn around and ground control procedures. He couldn’t tell me everything because time ran short. But, i was left hanging wiht a few lingering questions. Are there any problems currently or have there been in the past with turn around procedures, now by this i mean baggage handling, fueling, catering, timing. Please correct me if im wrong.
