Air Bridges

I have a question about air bridges.

I noticed in Airliner World this month that Amsterdam has airbridges that extend over the wing of the aircaft, and I know that JFK has this as well. Also, looking at the Dubai airport, there are two levels to accommodate the A380. Does anyone know of other airports that have these over wing bridges, or have already announced designs to accommodate the pax load on an A380?
