Ryanair Routes For Free

Since when does any airline let passengers travel for free what time do the flights take off are theyre limited seats, i just visited the site and was amazed at when i saw how many routes have FREE written beside them! Now obviously there cant be alot of flights like this or they could loose money! Can some one fill me in!
