We all know the issues about Ryanair and its policies however I learnt something yesterday that I feel is just about rock bottom.
For the last few years Ryanair have had the nerve to actually charge any pilot who wishes to join £50 in order for them to take a look at their CV. Bearing in mind they could easily look at 50-100 CVs for every pilot they take on this must keep them nicely in beer money! There is no refund of this money whether successful or unsuccessful. NOW FOR THE BIT THAT REALLY UPSETS ME. As of recently, Ryanair have started to charge their cabin crew 2,500 Euros (nearly 2 months salary) for their initial training!!!
The sooner the public open their eyes to what this Irish @rse is up to the better before he destroys any desire for westerners to work for the airlines and we all get flooded with cheap eastern European labour, happy to accept lower standards and conditions that you or I think are flouting rules and regs to the extreme.
