Painting an Airbus…

I just have a few quick questions, i have noticed that a few aircraft that are produced by Airbus, mostly wide bodies, are being painted at Paris Orly, most likely by a division of Air France Group, or something along those lines. Why are these aircraft being painted at Orly and not Toulouse. The only logical answer I have is that Airbus simply does not have the capacity to paint the full number of aircraft it produces. Can anyone help me out.

And on a side note, when will UPS take delivery of a n/c A300?
