AF 330 External Cameras?

Hi Gang,

I was looking at the just planes dvd web site, as I was thinking about getting one. If anyone has any experience with the company would be glad to hear it. However, this is not the purpose of this post. I was looking at the A330 AF dvd details, and they show you snaps of some footage. Anyway, it looks like the AF A330 inflight entertainment has enternal cameras that show the approach of the aircraft. If you look closely the screen is the same screen that the route map is on.

I know that on the new A346 their is a monitor in the cockpit so that the pilot can gage the aircrafts movement due to size. Is this the same for the A330, and are AF the only company that do this?
