Air Zimbabwe resumes flights
Air Zimbabwe has re-launched flights from its Harare Base to Johannesberg via Bulawayo (5x daily – 734), Lilongwe in Malawi (734) and Lusaka, the Zambian Capital. The flights had been suspended due to a strike by petrol workers, which also disrupted the airlines HRE-LGW-HRE flights on its two 767-200ERS. The airline is one of the biggest in Sub Sahran Africa and load factors on LGW-HRE peak at 99.8% average during summer months.
