BMI Baby says adios to the Boeing 737-500

As Airliner World has reported of late, BMI British Midland is to become a sole Airbus operator with A319 deliveries expected in early 2004. This will result in the demise of the F100s as their leases expire.

The 737 fleet has now been transferred to subsidiary company BMI Baby, but it appears further changes are afoot there. Its been reported that Baby are trying to source several more Boeing 737-300s to replace the 500 series aircraft they already have.
