Hi guys, or should i already say bye? 😉
Next monday, I’ll be flying from Brussels to Auckland, and will stay there for 10 days. I hope to bring you some pics, as i stop in Frankfurt, Singapore (only a 30 min stop there, so I’m not sure if I’ll be able to take many pics), and on the way back in Bangkhok and Frankfurt again.
Btw, how would you rate LH (744), Air NZ (763), and Thai (743) ?

What I can say until now:LH is ok, food is good, and entertainment is correct, but not more. (I don’t really like tiny TV screens on the top of the alleys, but… what would you expect in eco? 😀 )
Air NZ was OK too, apart that the movies were projected on a big screen (fortunately I wasn’t too far). For the food, well, we asked if there was much curry in the fish they served, and they said “no”. Then, i’d like to know what “much curry is”, because my mouth is still burning 😉 Else, crews were very friendly on both flights, and service very good. More in one week about the return flights.
What about TG?

LH would be OK in a 744 (though another Belgian on-line friend of mine hates LH) and Thai I don’t know. Air New Zealand are unrateable because they are so bad.

No chance of that… both my trips were in seat D, miles from any window.

I look forward to it. And, no need for a TV sjow if they can put me on a window seat.
Of course all flights are economy. I forgot 2 of them: BRU – FRA is on an RJ-85, and FRA – BRU on a 733. Both Lufthansa.

Have a great trip, I’m sure you’ll love it.
Thai 747-300, I can’t say much about. The 747-400s are extremely comfortable, more than enough leg room and excellent food. People complain of the Personal TV situation (none whatsoever; not in First, Business or Economy) but you don’t miss this at all, the service is excellent and you’re extremely comfortable throughout the flight.
Only 170 days until my next Thai flight! Not that I’m counting or anything! 😀
