News on Aviodrome connie

I’m not quite sure if I should post this here or on the historic aviation forum. Since this is my regular haunt and the historic seems to be only interested in WW2 warbirds (;)) I’ll post it here.

The Aviodrome has released a (Dutch language only) press release about the state of their Constellation.

* One of the engines and its propellors had to be returned to their American owner.
* A new set has been bought and has been inspected. A spare set of prop blades has also been bought. These are being inspected in Texas prior to being shipped to the Netherlands in about 1 months time.
* The Aviodrome has high hopes to FLY the planes from Amsterdam to Lelystad BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR using an Australian crew.
