Hi guys,
When you order off the KeyPublishing shop do you get anything confirming your order or does it just remain on the page with all your details on? I ask this because i tried to order Airline 5 and nothing happened when i pressed submit when i put the credit card info in. Thanks.

I am pleased to say I had an email from KeyPublishing telling me that my order had been received 🙂 A bit strange I got no page saying thanks for your order or anything like that or a conformation email. Thanks anyway Ren Frew Im hoping to receive it in the next few days!:)

It’s normal to receive a confirmation page and e-mail when a transaction is successful. I got one when I ordered a DVD recently.
On another website recently I received a blank confirmation page and no e-mail. Needless to say the order wasn’t received. I ‘d give Key a phone if you haven’t received an e-mail.
