is excellent, I have only recently discovered it.
So hello all, my name is obviously Dean, I live Nr Bristol UK, I am married, Im 30 years old, I have recently obtained my PPL and am going to study for ATPL after Christmas this year.
I may as well post a question whilst I am here, I sometimes travel to EGLL to go to the Queens building to watch the planes, I am not a spotter but just love the environment, has anyone got any news on it re-opening at all? if it ever will? if not it is such a shame, the guy with the model shop up there must be spitting? alot of his trade must have gone now? can anyone point me to more good spots in and around Heathrow to watch the planes without being arrested lol.
Regards
Dean.

None at all.
It’s just Vahe.D, whatever that is, targetting 20plus year old threads.

I’m just amazed at the amount of sleepers being nudged back into life. Maybe there is hope after all….

The forum search engine has been hopeless for years. Use google.

Probably why all the threads are reappearing from the past..Maybe he can be our Search Engine now as the forum one is useless?
Is one way to keep the threads going is to resurrect old ones.

It is meant as tongue-in-cheek!! However, the search engine genuinely did return that answer.

Tongue-in-cheek I hope. The world already has too many daft conspiracy theories.

It is an inside job..
An IT geek working in the back office at HQ. I put Vahe.D into Microsoft Search Engine the top reply was “Historic Aviation Key Pubs”. I’m no IT expert but that does for me!

Either a bot or an Ai script…Hell us normal people cant even “find” a 20 year old thread so not sure how this poster is doing it..Has to be an inside job..

HP111, I don’t know how may threads you instigated, maybe it was plenty, but nevertheless, it is ongoing contributions that keep this forum live, and it would be for the common good if you could help with that.
It has been much more lively this year, and your gloomy outlook is disappointing to hear.
Just at the moment, the natural shape and chronological order of the forum is being disrupted by a single poster who is daily and relentlessly reviving multiple decades old threads for no good reason that I can see, such that I would classify him as mischievous and a spammer, who should be blocked if he will not cease this habit.

They were purchased by KLM and became KLMuk which subsequently split and became Buzz and the other half was recently merged with KLM Cityhopper. Buzz is now part of Ryanair.

There is a pic of an Air UK f27 in the same scheme on JP.net. Its says it was leased from Logan Air, perhaps this one has been too?
By: A330Crazy - 6th August 2003 at 19:07
I have just looked through all the Air UK aircraft pictures on a.net, but there isn’t a picture of this aircraft. Nor is there on PP.net.

Yeah I did think that but I just wondered who from. It cant be Air Europe I dont think because it doesent have the AE at the front and runs along the whole way of the fuesalage and I dont remember them having 146s. Anyone know?
By: A330Crazy - 6th August 2003 at 18:52
Nice pics Shorty. Love that 727 shot.

By: LBARULES - 6th August 2003 at 18:48

Welcome aboard, always great to see enthusiastic new members signing up.
Nice photos Shorty01. EL AL are still occasionally using the 747-200 for flights into Heathrow.
