I couldn’t agree more SAAB. I think AF is one of the coolest scheme’s around. It could use an update, but the overall idea was great, way ahead of its time. And I might say, when you are at a foreign airport (I mean outside of Europe) AF really does look distinctive, in my opinion.

I could say the same for Air France as you guys say for Air India. I think the tricolour is highly reflective of the country it serves with no sort of identity crisis as seems to be quite common in Europe. If the aircraft were kept clean I think it would stand out as a very respectable livery. Considering it was first designed in 1975 (okay probably time for an update), it still remains in terms of looks, quite modern with the varying blue and red stripes and uppercase ‘AIR FRANCE’ titles.
Though everybody to his or her own taste 🙂

Come on guys! How on earth can you call the Air India livery dull? In the current sea of white “lineless” fuselages and daft graphics the Air India livery is a work of art…..Geeeeez!

I cant believe some people dont like the AA and Iberia liveries. I think the AA one is good, and the Iberia one is great! I love it!
As for most dull, either Air India or Air France gets my vote!

At least DAT made an effort.
It might not be to everyone’s taste, but it’s more inspired than AF, LH or any of the other rent-a-scheme airlines.
