Aircraft Question

When I was at Helsinki yesterday I saw an a Finnair A321 being having its passengers loaded through the front right door, I always thought they came through the left doors ???

Could they get the steps up to the aircraft on the left side?? Or… was the boarding tunnel thing (forgotten what they call ’em) unservicable on the left side?

Right. Maybe a problem with the left one. However they could use the left rear one !!
