Speaking of Dornier 328’s… how successful was this aircraft? I don’t hear much about it!

I thought it was Dornier’s new design for VTOL, as thats really a Helium balloon.
It works the same way as the V-22 Osprey but this has an internal tank which houses the gas, on level flight, the balloon shrinks into the tank. And the a/c flies normally.
