You don’t actually use the scenery library, it’s there for FSX to use.

All you do is put extra scenery in it or take stuff out of it. But don’t go messing with what’s already there – you need it!

For instance, if you download photographic scenery, it will be placed in there. If you download some airports, you’ll have to add them to it.
