First HC-130J Combat King II for New York Guard

Lockheed Martin/Todd R McQueen LOCKHEED MARTIN delivered the first of four HC-130J aircraft, 16-5863 ‘LI’, to the New York Air National Guard’s 106th Rescue Wing (RQW) on March 20.
