Ukraine receives Bayraktar TB2 UAVs

Probable operating unit is the 383 okremyy polk Dystantsiyno Kerovanykh Lital’nykh Aparativ (383 opDKLA, 383rd Separate UAV Regiment) of the Povitryani Syly (PS, Ukrainian Air Force), based at Starokostyantyniv. On March 20, National Security and
