Last Stratotanker leaves Portsmouth The last KC-135R assigned to the New Hampshire Air National Guard’s 157th Air Refueling Wing departed Pease Air National Guard Base in Portsmouth on March 24. Serial 57-1419, which is the oldest Stratotanker on the USAF inventory, was transferred to the Arizona Air National Guard’s 161st ARW at Goldwater ANGB in Phoenix.
