Peter R Foster ROYAL SAUDI Air Force (RSAF) F-15SA 12-1004 flying at low level while on a test flight from the Boeing Palmdale facility in October. Palmdale test work has mainly involved four newbuild Saudi Advanced versions, 12-1001 to 12-1004, one of which has subsequently returned to St Louis, Missouri in preparation for delivery.
