Manchester Airport trials new dual taxiway
Manchester Airport is conducting a trial of a new dual taxiway designed to improve efficiency and accommodate future growth. The taxiway allows two narrow-body aircraft to use it at the same time, increasing traffic capacity and reducing delays. Located on the north side of the airport, the new Zulu taxiway enables simultaneous operations of two narrow-body aircraft arriving at, or departing from, Pier 1 of Terminal 2.
