Finnair focuses on UK in route boost
Finnair’s New CEO, Turkka Kuusisto, was in London during October 2024 to mark 70 years of the flag carrier’s services to Heathrow, and discuss other issues, in a media roundtable.The airline launched the Helsinki-Heathrow route, which ran via Copenhagen and Dusseldorf in 1954, although it only operated three times a week, taking almost eight hours.
