EFW to perform MRO on Global A380

Elbe Flugzeugwerke (EFW) will perform base maintenance, repair and overhaul inspection work on Global Airlines’ first Airbus A380 ahead of the UK start-up carrier commencing operations in 2025. The aircraft departed Glasgow Prestwick Airport on October 4 heading to EFW’s facilities in Dresden for mandatory inspections and component replacements.
