Phantom made ready for memorial display

A group of veterans in Lena, Illinois, is close to completing the restoration of McDonnell Douglas F-4E Phantom 68-0450. The aircraft, latterly a QF-4E, was donated by the US government to the North Illinois Combat Memorial Project in 2018.
