Silk Way Airlines relocates beluga whales to Spain
Silk Way Airlines has successfully completed the relocation of two beluga whales. The whales, initially housed in an aquarium in Ukraine, were moved to a new facility in Spain, where they are receiving the necessary care required for their well-being. The mission required meticulous planning and coordination, particularly because of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine (which made direct flights impossible). Consequently, the whales were transported by land from Ukraine to Moldova, before being flown to Spain by Silk Way Airlines.
