STARLUX receives its first Airbus A350

Thanks to the move, the Taiwanese airline has now introduced a second widebody type to its growing all-Airbus fleet. The maiden Airbus A350 for STARLUX has touched down into its Taipei/Taoyuan base - which was celebrated with a water cannon salute from the airport’s fire service. According to the European manufacturer, this -900 registered B-58501 (c/n 480), is the first of a planned 18 examples which are scheduled to join STARLUX. The Taipei-based carrier will initially roster the widebody type
