New colours for Dumfries Hunter and Meteor

A pair of classic jets have been repainted in Scotland The team at Dumfries & Galloway Aviation Museum has finished repainting two of the attraction’s jets. Hawker Hunter F.4 WT746 has been given an eye-catching Black Arrows livery – WT746 never actually flew with the display team and retains its serial. 1952-built Gloster Meteor T.7 WL375 has been returned to the last scheme it wore with the Aircraft Experimental Establishment at West Freugh, including a distinctive yellow fin and rudder.
