Halifax Stanfield Airport for MSFS upgraded

FSimStudios has released version 2 of CYHZ Halifax Stanfield International Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

The package is an up-to-date and detailed representation of the real airport based on March 2024 data including the new taxiway by Runway 14 and the cargo apron. Other highlights include extensive remodelling throughout the airport with 4K PBR (Physically Based Rendering) textures and an updated terminal building with improved interior modelling, reflective glass and new jetway models.

It also features custom aerial orthophotos for the airport area, new ground polygons and custom taxiway signs. Other details include improved night lighting, updated static aircraft and ground service equipment/clutter on the apron.

The airport also features significant performance improvements using native Microsoft Flight Simulator techniques to ensure smooth performance and consistent frame rates. It is available on OrbxDirect for AUD$29.50 (approx £15.43).
