SmartLynx set to add Boeing 737 MAX 8's from April
In a bold move, Riga-headquarted SmartLynx Airlines has inked a deal with SMBC Aviation Capital for a pair of leased Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft. According to the carrier, the agreement is the start of a successful partnership between the parties. While the exact identity of both airframes remains unclear at this time, they are scheduled for an April induction into SmartLynx’s current all-Airbus fleet.
