Kufstein-Langkampfen airfield is located in the Tyrol in Austria, making it an excellent base for extended gliding flights, but it is also home to motor gliders, ultralights and single-engine aircraft.
Although the grass runway covers 800m, it has significantly offset landing thresholds, which reduces the landing distance up to 450m, which is a great challenge for any pilot.
The airport is recreated based on actual imagery with authentic objects such as static aircraft, 3D people and vegetation. The terrain surrounding is also adapted to blend in with the landscape.
