Oneworld opens first branded European lounge

Oneworld alliance has unveiled its second dedicated lounge and the first in Europe at Amsterdam/Schiphol airport. The grand opening ceremony took place on February 21, with Airliner World in attendance. The fully branded, 473sq m facility is located in the former British Airways Galleries lounge in Schiphol’s non-Schengen departure area, close to the alliance members’ departure gates. Eight Oneworld members serve the airport, offering more than 200 weekly flights to over 900 destinations worldwide. Eligible Oneworld Emerald and Sapphire customers
