New life for former US Army C-23B+ Sherpas
Three former US Army Short C-23B+ Sherpas have recently departed from storage with the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG) at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (AFB), Arizona. Destined for a new life in civilian hands, the aircraft follow four others that left this year. The latest departures comprised serials 93-1321 and 93-1334, which left Davis-Monthan on August 19, after earlier being withdrawn from storage on April 21 and 22, respectively, and moved to the adjacent Pima Air and Space
