Initially released by Heatblur Simulations for DCS the F-14 has seen steady improvements over the years, resulting in a highly realistic rendition of the actual aircraft. Now, in collaboration with IndiaFoxtEcho, the F-14 is available on the Microsoft Flight Simulator platform, introducing the same level of fidelity and realism as we saw in DCS.

Both the F-14A and F-14B Tomcat variants are included in the package, equipped with the Pratt & Whitney TF-30 and General Electric F110 engines respectively and a total of 37 authentic liveries.
The flight model and systems have been extensively researched to recreate the performance and feeling of flying the F-14. It also sports highly detailed 3D models, authentic avionics and a Jester module to emulate the RIO (Radar Intercept Officer) in the backseat. Detailed models of Forrestal-class carriers are also included.
The F-14 Tomcat is available on OrbxDirect for AUD$53.33 (approx £27.97).
