Relaunched Flybe accepts first Dash 8-400
Newly resurrected regional airline, Flybe has taken delivery of its first De Havilland Canada Dash 8-400. The turboprop, G-JECX (c/n 4155), arrived at Birmingham Airport – the location of the company’s newly announced headquarters, operations centre and first crew base – on Friday, November 26. Leased from Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC), the Canadian-built example will be one of twelve on lease from the company, with these being some of the first to join Flybe’s planned fleet of 32 Dash 8-400
