Nepal plane crash latest: 22 dead, no survivors
Emergency rescue teams in Nepal have retrieved the final body from the wreckage of a small passenger aircraft which crashed on Sunday. Officials say 22 people were onboard the De Havilland Canada DHC-6-300 Twin Otter which lost contact with air traffic control five minutes before it was due to land. On Tuesday morning (May 31), Brigadier General Narayan Silwal, a spokesperson for the Nepal Army, took to Twitter to confirm the grim news: “The last dead body has been recovered.
