Aeromexico Embraer E190 hit by bullets at Culiacán
An Aeromexico Embraer E190 has been hit by gunfire while on the ground at Culiacán International Airport in the west of Mexico. The jet, which based on flight tracking data is believed to be registered XA-ALW (c/n 19000208), had passengers on board at the time and was getting ready to conduct flight AM165 to Mexico City on January 5. In a statement, the flag carrier, said: “This morning a bullet impact was detected in the fuselage of an Embraer E190.”
