Ex-Red Arrows Gnat on show

Folland Gnat T.1 XP514 is currently on temporary display for a yet-to-be-determined period of time at the Planes of Fame Air Museum in Chino, California. First flown on April 13, 1963, the Gnat was operated by the RAF’s Red Arrows aerobatic display team, 4 FTS and the CFS until it was retired to RAF Cranwell on September 17, 1979 for use as an instructional airframe.
