Boundless Simulations has announced Inverness Airport is now available for X-Plane 11 and 12.

The package was developed based on multiple site visits and photographs of the real airport. Highlights include an accurate airport layout with up-to-date Ortho imagery 4K photorealistic textures and dynamic night lighting.

All ground markings are accurately placed, including details such as pavement cracks and wear and tear. The ground and buildings feature PBR (Physically Based Rendering) materials throughout with the X-Plane 12 version sporting rain and seasonal effects. Static aircraft and custom vehicles, both airside and landside are also included, also in PBR.

The coverage extends far beyond the airport, including nearby houses, farms and 3D vegetation such as hedges and trees. Nearby industrial parks and Dalcross Heliport (available as a free optional download within this package) are also modelled.
