Orbx has announced ENSD Sandane Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator is now available.

Sandane is a small regional airport in West Norway serving Widerøe's Dash 8-100 regional flights to Sogndal and Oslo. It was voted on the world's top 20 scariest approaches back in 2009.

Developed by Andreas Hegi, the package from Orbx is a detailed rendition of the actual airport, sporting features to enhance the visual appeal and created from scratch to ensure a realistic airport experience of this rugged part of the world.

Other highlights include 2K textures and PBR (Physically Based Rendering) effects, custom ground decals and a crisp 60cm ortho imagery along with custom approach lighting and ground equipment.
