Missing tool found in Qantas A380 engine after 34 flights
A Qantas Airbus A380 flew for almost a month with a maintenance tool in one of its engines, a report by the Australian Transport Safety Bureau (ATSB) revealed. VH-OQI (c/n 55), underwent a three-day scheduled check at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on December 6, 2023.
