Australian Army Air Corps CH-47F Chinooks named
A First Nations smoking ceremony was held at RAAF Base Townsville, North Queensland, to name four of the Australian Army Air Corps’ (AAAC) Boeing CH-47F Chinooks. The first CH-47F (A15-311) was named Capable, in part to recognise the Chinooks’ half a century of service with the Australian Defence Force in its current and earlier iterations.
