Following a six-year absence, they returned to Europe with an inaugural flight from Jakarta to Amsterdam on June 01st 2010. For the planned new routes to other European cities, Garuda has ordered several Boeing 777s that are expected to arrive next year. The route to Amsterdam is now flown be a A330 but will be replaced by a 777.
