Hi Vee, Well the best thing is to bring a Step Ladder along with you, If you get one with around 3 steps depending on your Height you should be able to get a good clear view over the fence if you park nearer to the Hill. I use my sunroof and Sit on the edge of my roof to take photos But have used a step ladder many of Times, That fence really is a Pain Though.
